Artistic Warmth and Functionality for Your New Hougang RiverCourt 5-Room Flat

Buying a brand new home opens up a world of possibilities. You probably dream about the perfect colours, choosing the right furniture, appliances and art pieces. You envision the love and creativity you’ll put in every single room.

As you’re getting close to the possession of your new Hougang RiverCourt 5-room flat, you’re probably getting more and more excited. Having so many ideas, however, could complicate the process of choosing one suitable home interior design concept and sticking to it.

At Home Guide, we’re committed to showing you just how amazing of a transformation you can accomplish with a few strategic choices. Our home interior design specialists have put together a visualisation that will soon reveal everything you can do with a large and spacious 5-room flat.

Stunning Visual Appeal through Simplicity and Quality

Our visualisation has two focal points: visually stunning choices and décor elements that add warmth to the larger flat.

We did not stick to a single colour scheme for the entire apartment. Rather, we used distinctive colour palettes to enhance each room and give it character.

The colour palette we selected puts emphasis on neutrals. White, grey, black and light blue dominate the interior design. These tones were chosen for a purpose – letting the simplicity and stylishness of the place shine.

Let’s start with the living room – the space where the family is likely to spend a lot of time. Executed in grey and white, the living room is sleek and modern. The furniture brags functionality and minimalism at the same time. Nothing is out of place. We reduced clutter as much as possible through the selection of the right storage units. These choices and the ergonomic design simplify the cleaning and the maintenance of this central space.

Moving on to the kitchen, we tried to bring together ease of cooking and visually stunning choices. The work surfaces and countertops are large, sleek and clean. Built-in appliances and a large sink provide the additional elements required for the preparation of satiating family meals. A large kitchen island and a stainless steel fridge complete the picture.

We believe that the master bedroom is the crown jewel of this home interior design visualisation project. We chose lit platforms and warm tones to create a personal sanctuary and a space for rejuvenation. The large bed and abstract artwork complete the ambiance.

The other bedrooms in the flat are a little bit more modest in appearance but they’re still executed for comfort and peacefulness.

Futuristic and somewhat unusual furniture pieces are scattered throughout the flat. While these may seem too abstract and modernistic, they’re also incredibly comfortable and they add to the simple yet functional overall tone.
