• Provide labor & materials to lay cement screed as per design proposed
• Provide labour & materials to lay Floor Xpert Lavi Rigid Vinyl floor that comes with Clipsk skirting as per proposed design

KITCHEN AREA

Plumbing

Provide labor to install kitchen sink & sink tap as per proposed design.

Design, fabricate & install 10ft (L) x 3ft~3.5ft (H) x 1ft (D) Kitchen Top Hung Cabinet as per proposed design
