• Design Consultation & Space Planning
• Perspective drawing on all carpentry works

Hacking/ Dismantle Works

• Hack off existing kitchen floor tiles & base
• Dismantle existing kitchen cabinet as per design proposed
• Provide site protection by using corrugated paper
• Provide chemical wash & general cleaning during renovation period

Masonry Works

• Supply & lay water proofing as per design proposed as floor trap area
• Chemical cement wall plastering base on 390 sqft wall area as per design proposed
• Supply & lay ceramic/ homogeneous floor tiles base on 130 sqft floor area and tile cost $2.80 per sqft as per design proposed
• Construct 50mm(H) cement base as per design proposed

Plumbing Works

• Replace new exposed stainless steel water inlet & PVC outlet pipe as per design proposed
• Supply labor to install kitchen sink, sink tap & accessories

Carpentry Works

• Design & fabricate 10ft(L) x 3ft(H) top hung kitchen cabinet with external laminates and internal white PVC finishing
• Design & fabricate 10ft(L) x 3ft(H) bottom kitchen cabinet with external laminates and internal white PVC finishing
• Supply & install 10ft(L) x 2ft(W) selected solid surface kitchen worktop
• Supply & install 10ft(L) x 2ft(W) spray paint tempered glass backing
• Supply & install 01 set of stainless steel dish tray
• Supply & install 01 no of cutlery tray
• Supply labor to install hood & hob
