WoodsSquare Co-Working Office Flexible functionality
Nestled within the Woods Square office tower in Woodlands, this co-working space was designed as a versatile and welcoming hub for modern professionals. The design brief called for a well-lit, clutter-free environment that encourages focus, collaboration, and movement throughout the day.
To meet this need, we adopted a clean, minimalist palette of soft neutrals and light woodgrain textures throughout to keep the space feeling cohesive. Full-height windows line the perimeter, flooding the general workspace with natural light and offering open views of the surrounding estate.
The open-plan layout features a series of shared desks that comfortably accommodate hot-desking, while a grid of lockable lockers provides practical personal storage for regular users. For more focused work or private conversations, the office includes both glass-enclosed rooms with sliding doors and a fully enclosed phone booth. Each space balances acoustic privacy with visual openness, ensuring flexibility without feeling boxed-in.
Warmth and comfort are introduced through the timber-clad pantry wall, which houses a coffee station, display niches and a high table with bar stools serves as an informal gathering spot—equally suited for quick meetings or casual lunches.
