Alissa of Home Guide is simply the Best! She is not only experienced, detailed and excellent with her design advice, she is ever so patient – especially with someone as picky as me. She often went the extra mile to help me make the right choices throughout, suggesting, but never imposing ideas that I was not comfortable with.

The renovation works which I have engaged the ID for is pretty major – knocking down walls, pulling down false ceilings, reconfiguring the kitchen and dining areas, changing the floorings, installing built-in cabinets etc. It was a total makeover. The entire process from the consultation and design stage right through to the renovation/construction and handover went without a hitch. The close supervision of the process by Alissa and her team ensured the smooth process even though a lot of juggling was needed because the project works started immediately after the circuit breaker was lifted.

I am more than happy with the quality of the work and the outcome of the renovations. Even more satisfied with the decision to choose Home Guide after discussing with at least 4 other firms.
