We engaged Lance Ching from Home Guide after recommendations from colleagues and visits to their apartments. Lance was very patient and considerate when proposing to us the layout and major spending points. We asked for him to design the home for a child-ready home with a minimalist and cafe vibes, and his experience and eye for aesthetics helped us to create a very cosy living space.

Even though we changed our minds about minor details many times along the way, Lance made a point to make the changes work, even after handover and on short notice. Thank you for the good work in making our new house a home!

Lance is a very patient designer who listens to our requirements carefully before coming up with a proposal. He would also offers alternatives and suggestions which caters to our needs. Very professional during the renovation stage where he will always make sure things are done as scheduled and update us. Requests for touch up even after handover and payment made is prompt. We are very happy with the design work and the project that transformed our old, cramped, water logged and inefficient kitchen into a fully functional and modern one!

We specified an aggressive completion date and the original plan was slightly longer than we had hoped but in the end everything was completed ahead of schedule.

This included re-working cabinets that after installation, we determined were too high for our comfort; James of Home Guide Management was gracious enough to have the contractors replace them making the cabinets better than originally specified.

We would fully recommend James and his designer Sushi of Home Guide, plus their entire team of sub-contractors, for any home renovation project large or small.
