Through a best friend reccomendation, I came across Home Guide, my house was 37 years old and kind of run down and definitely need a renovation. As u all aware given the covid 19 situation a lot of projects was delayed. I was kind of worry and i could be the one.

I was truly blessed and thankful to have Lance from Home Guide to design and handle house renovation for me. He is trustworthy and his service throughout is very commendable. My ideas were being brushed off or being modified in large scale by other ID firms with reason not feasible due to flat size and space constraints. Lance listened patiently on my ideas. Lance was the only ID asked for site visit to take measurements on site even only for quotation. When I had the proposal from Lance, I was impressed as his proposal was what I want for my home. What ID from other firms told me not possible, Lance was able to make it! Lance gave great ideas, recommendations, professional advice and a great guide throughout the whole process. You can trust his taste as it always turn out great. Lance is detailed and thoughtful as these can tell from his proposal. During the consultation, Lance not only showed understanding of my needs, but what I appreciated and which led to my ultimate decision was how he openly shared practical considerations I had never thought about as an eager first-time home owner. I appreciated his down-to-earth opinions and evident experience, and felt very comfortable to have him manage my home project.

Throughout the renovation, Lance was extremely patient during the time we needed to make key decisions. He continually offered his thoughts, never pushy, and helped me narrow down my options until I reached my ultimate choices. You can trust his taste as it always turned out well or better than my original choices; from tile choices to wall paint colours.

He was also detailed, taking my height measurements into consideration for all the placements of my bathroom accessories and space allowances needs for my carpentry. Speaking of carpentry, Lance managed to fulfil my challenging wish to have a high bar table, a lower dining island and shoe storage needs all housed within one transformable carpentry in my small living room.
