Wow where do I begin?

By God’s amazing will and timing, I was led to sell off my condo to buy an HDB of His choosing in Oct 2021 – right before all the cooling measures and prices shot up.

His grace pursued me and I appointed Lance to help me with my resale reno works. Lance has done many homes of friends, and colleagues in the past and everyone had lovely things to say about his work ethic, and knowhow.

Truly, Lance was God’s gift to me.

He saw what I couldn’t. Fought for me when there were 3rd party issues (to be expected in any project) and in the end, every single “error” turned out to be an even bigger blessing. 🙌🏻

We used Home Guide for our complete house renovation in 2012. Few things that we liked about them and that are important while renovating your house are timely completion of work, pro-active ideas, quality of workmanship, transparency and right pricing. After seeing our renovation many of my colleagues at office and personal friends used them for renovation.
Last month we once again engaged them for our kitchen renovation, while we were worried that the work may get delayed due to COVID restrictions but they completed the renovation ahead of schedule. Their consultants go out of their way to help you select items to match the renovation. We will highly recommend them.
